Questions?

Frequently
Asked Questions

  • How do I get a Solei Passport?

You receive a physical Solei Passport with a qualifying order of two products — or simply ask our team for one at a pop-up.

  • Which purchases earn a sticker?

Every eligible Solei perfume or All Over Spray earns one destination sticker per item.

  • Can online purchases update my progress automatically?

Yes. When you're signed in with the email you shop with, eligible website orders add their stickers to your passport as soon as payment is confirmed.

  • What if I purchase at an event or via WhatsApp?

Those purchases count too. Our team adds the stickers to your passport, and they appear here with the rest of your journey.

  • How do I redeem my complimentary spray?

Once you collect twelve stickers, show your passport at a Solei pop-up or message us on WhatsApp to choose your All Over Spray, subject to availability.
